You'll need to flick the old switch back. To do that, you'll have to clean and re-assemble that parts and produce some electricity.

The three main store owners all got torn apart. Help out their cute and horror counterparts to restore them!
Jim (top floor) will clean the parts for you, Billie (bottom floor) will fix the switch. Then, you can install the switch and talk to Steve-E-Wonder to get the thing powered.
